It strikes us that the words to the children's favourite song have it all wrong. "If you're happy and you know it stamp your feet." As far as we can tell you're far more likely to be stamping your feet and shaking your fist at the sky if you're decidedly not happy. We also think that a song about showing happiness is simply not in the spirit of being British. We don't like happiness. We shy away from it. We enjoy being miserable, criticising anything and everything. In it's our nature. Basically, we're a lot of Grumpy Gits, and proud if it thank you very much. Don't know about funkypigeon.com but we prefer our's to be Grumpy.

Atheist T Shirts

Karl Marx commented that "Religion is the opium of the people", Ernest Hemingway that "All thinking men are atheists" and Friedrich Nietzsche that "Faith means not wanting to know what is true." We often find that arguments involving religion are always heated, ferocious, and great fun. In our slightly grumpier moments we often berate the fact that today it seems that it's hardly possible to come up with a funny slogan that includes vowels, or at least words which can be pronounced.
